I wanted to share a bit of my transformation story. See, just because I’m a dietitian and fitness coach doesn’t put me above the struggles of eating right and working out. It takes work and dedication.

For me, it’s been more of a mental struggle than a physical one. As an athlete in high school and college I never had to worry about what I ate because I was practicing and playing sports 3-4 hours a day, sometimes more. Even after I graduated college, I sometimes find myself reverting back to that way of thinking and eating. In fact it happens to a lot of collegiate athletes.

But I also had people in my ear saying, “Don’t worry, you’re skinny anyway!” But I was Skinny Fat, not Skinny FIT. I have slipped many times, and one of those times P90X and Turbo Fire bounced me right back. The end of last year, I was even worse off … but once again Beachbody saved me with Les Mills Combat and Shakeoloy.

Honestly, I think I’m in even better shape and more athletic than I was in college. I’m Skinny FIT and stronger, leaner, and faster than I have ever been. I wanted to share because I ‘ve been so inspired by many coaches and customers lately, I hope to inspire you as well. People think it’s easy for me because of my background … but I have to work just as hard and be just as dedicated. It’s never too late to get back on track. We all have our slips, but we don’t have to make a slide.
